Ex-Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir isn’t somebody who minces his words. He has by and by attacked previous India captain MS Dhoni. Gambhir has claimed that the ex-Indian captain Dhoni hasn’t given many quality players to the present captain, Virat Kohli. On the other hand, Sourav Ganguly produced numerous world-beaters.

Sourav Ganguly assumed control over the charge in the midst of the entire blackout. India was directly at the base highly involved with fixing charges when Sourav Ganguly assumed control over the reins. In 49 Tests, he led India to 21 successes. In 146 ODIs, the Men in Blues dominated 76 matches under him.

Dhoni didn’t give quality players as per Gambhir

Gautam Gambhir feels MS Dhoni didn’t leave any quality players for Virat Kohli when he assumed control over the activity in 2017. The cricketer-turned-lawmaker believes that the Indian cricket team just had Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. As most of the legends have now retired from cricket career, this is a serious concern.

MS Dhoni has already completed his career as the captain of the Indian team. But, if the fans can notice, Virat Kohli hasn’t got players who can be legends for future India, aside from Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma or Kohli himself. Not many are there in the Indian cricket team who can be referred to as world-class cricketers.

Be that as it may, take a gander at what Sourav Ganguly provided for Indian cricket: Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Virender Sehwag and many other players of these sorts of world-mixers, he further included.

Then, talking about MS Dhoni, he is the main captain in history to win three ICC titles. In 2014, Dhoni gave the Test captaincy to Kohli. In 2017, Kohli took over as the full-time commander. From that point forward, Kohli has driven India to 33 successes from 55 matches the most by any Indian captain.
